自从1965年祝寿河教授首次应用山莨菪碱(654—2)治疗感染性休克等疾病以来,关于654—2的基础研究和临床应用颇引人注目,且已积累了许多有价值的资料。近时,苏静怡教授等发现,654—2还能保护休克大鼠胰腺细胞的溶酶体膜,这为从细胞水平上研究与应用654—2提供了新信息。我们设想这种药物对缺氧的心肌细胞也可能具有保护作用,据此,观察了654—2对缺氧离体大鼠心肌超微结构的影响。
Since the first application of anisodamine (654-2) for the treatment of septic shock and other diseases by Professor Chushou He in 1965, the basic research and clinical application of 654-2 has attracted a lot of attention, and has accumulated a lot of valuable information. Recently, Prof. Su Jingyi found that 654-2 can also protect the lysosomal membranes of pancreatic cells in shock rats, which provides new information for studying and applying 654-2 from the cellular level. We hypothesized that this drug may also have a protective effect on hypoxic cardiomyocytes. Accordingly, the effect of 654.2 on the myocardial ultrastructure of hypoxic isolated rat was observed.
