本文在适应长吉图区域经济发展需求的背景下,以民办院校英语教育人才培养为研究对象,从行业化人才培养目标、职业化课程设置、专业化教学改革、本地化教师队伍及全程化实践教学五方面,对二者的互动模式进行了深入探讨,以期为长吉图区域培养出更多优秀的英语人才,实现民办高等教育服务区域经济发展的目的。
Under the background of adapting to the economic development needs of Changchitu area, this paper takes English education personnel training in private universities as the research object. From the perspectives of industrialized personnel training objectives, professional curriculum, specialized teaching reform, localization of teachers and full-time Practice teaching, and carry out an in-depth discussion on the interaction modes between the two, with a view to cultivating more outstanding English talents for the Chang-Ji-Tu region and achieving the purpose of private higher education in serving the regional economic development.
