我国现行的税制不仅造成流通企业的重复征税,缩小了流通企业的利润空间,而且也阻碍着商贸流通业现代化进程。降低流通成本对稳定物价具有关键性作用,是改善居民生活质量,增加居民幸福感指数的一个重要课题,极具现实意义。本文对流通成本对物价的影响进行了理论分析,进而提出降低流通费用,稳定物价的相关政策和建议。
The current tax system in our country not only causes the double taxation of the circulating enterprises, reduces the profit margins of the circulating enterprises, but also hinders the modernization of the commercial circulation. Reduce the cost of circulation on the stability of prices is a key role in improving the quality of life of residents and increase residents index of happiness is an important issue, of great practical significance. This paper analyzes the impact of circulation costs on prices, and then puts forward some policies and suggestions on reducing circulation costs and stabilizing prices.
