介绍了用分子排阻色谱技术定量测定化学驱油体系中的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHPA)的方法。该方法以SI-200二烃基键合相为固定相,以甲醇/0.05mol/l的NaH2PO4(体积比40/60)为流动相,使用UV检测器在213nm处检测。表面活性剂/聚合物驱油液中所有组分对PHPA的测定均无干扰。吸附试验证明测定可靠性好。最低检测浓度为1μg/ml,回收率为97.3%—100.5%。
A method for the quantitative determination of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) in chemical flooding system by molecular exclusion chromatography was introduced. The method uses the SI-200 dihydrocarbyl-bonded phase as the stationary phase and the methanol / 0.05 mol / l NaH2PO4 (volume ratio 40/60) as the mobile phase and the UV detector at 213 nm. All components of the surfactant / polymer flooding solution did not interfere with the determination of PHPA. Adsorption test proved that the determination of reliability. The lowest detection concentration of 1μg / ml, the recovery rate of 97.3% -100.5%.
