那是1986年6月底,笔者去中国足球队驻地约年维泗写“世界杯”赛观感的文章。时值盛夏中午,年过半百的年教头看到国脚们躺下休息后,又做开了训练计划。他顺手把八一足球队寄给他的申诉信让我看。信中以异常痛苦的心情述说了他们在“足协杯”赛上被裁判“整”输的过程,他们叹息一年的心血因几声哨音付之东流。“如果真像上面说的,裁判也太过份了。”我说。年维泗是足坛高层人士,他说话是严谨的:“是啊,我没看比赞也不好表态,但裁判的确影响着中国足球水平的发展。”笔者把这个情况向《体育博览》杂志做了反映。杂志社没有轻易放过这件事,编辑们都认为,中国历来对裁判没有“法”的约束,过错永远是运动员多,
