研究发现隔-海马通路损伤后,海马中一氧化氮降低同时大鼠细胞免疫功能增强。为此,观察了海马中神经肽Y(NPY)和血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质酮(CN)的变化,结果提示海马中一氧化氮伴随海马-NPY-垂体-肾上腺轴的变化而影响大鼠的细胞免疫功能。
Study found that after septal - hippocampal lesion injury, nitric oxide in the hippocampus decreased while cellular immune function was enhanced. To investigate the changes of neuropeptide Y (NPY) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CN) in the hippocampus, the results suggest that nitric oxide in the hippocampus is associated with changes in the hippocampal-NPY-pituitary-adrenal axis While affecting the cellular immune function in rats.
