今年6月,中共中央办公厅印发了《深化干部人事制度改革纲要》的通知(中办发[2000]15号),提出了今后10年干部人事制度改革的基本目标和方针原则,对党政干部制度、国有企业干部人事制度和事业单位人事制度改革提出了具体要求。7月14日至16日,中央组织部在青岛召开了全国干部人事制度改革经验交流会,就贯彻落实《纲要》进行了部署。省委围绕《纲要》进行了专题研究,决定组织力量,进一步总结全省干部人事制度改革经验,提出深化全省干部人事制度改革的实施方案。
