1 企业概况 我公司地处唐山市东北部,占唐山市总面积的1/2,总人口10万余人,在职职工51602人,公司机关下属59个单位(其中包括医院)。十一届三中全会以来,公司抓住有利时机,充分发挥企业自主权,在市场经济中转换经营机制,两个效益有明显提高,公司得以长足发展。“八五”期间,我公司跃居全国冶金系统十大钢铁企业之列。 1.1 医院医疗状况 医院和卫生处是一套班子。
1 Company Profile Our company is located in the northeast of Tangshan City, accounting for 1/2 of the total area of Tangshan City. It has a total population of more than 100,000 people, 51,602 employees, and 59 units (including hospitals) affiliated with the company’s agencies. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the company has seized the right opportunity to give full play to the autonomy of the enterprise and transformed the operating mechanism in the market economy.
