在波长３１８ ｎｍ 处用分光光度法测定甲硝唑的含量，平均回收率９９．９％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．３４％ 。方法简单、准确，能排除５－羟甲基糠醛的干扰。
Metronidazole was measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 318 nm with an average recovery of 99.9% and a RSD of 0.34%. The method is simple and accurate, and can eliminate the interference of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.
