目的:观察利复星(甲磺酸左氟沙星)在体内体外的抗结核活性。方法:采用试管2倍稀释法测定试验药的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度,以半数动物存活时间为指标,与国外同类产品(可乐必妥)及其消旋体氧氟沙星比较其药物的疗效。结果:①利复星在所试3种培养基中对人型结核菌、牛型结核菌和草分支杆菌的MIC与可乐必妥相同,抑菌活性强于氧氟沙星。②利复星在半流体培养基中对人型结核菌和牛型结核菌的MBC与可乐必妥相同,杀菌活性强于氧氟沙星。③利复星对小白鼠实验性结核病呈显著性或非常显著性疗效,与可乐必妥比较,其疗效未见显著性差别,显著优于同剂量氧氟沙星的疗效。左氟沙星1mg/只的疗效近于氧氟沙星2mg/只的疗效。结论:利复星和可乐必妥在体内体外均呈显著性抗结核活性,二者作用相同,其体内外抗结核活性约为氧氟沙星的2倍
Objective: To observe the anti-tuberculosis activity of rifabicin (levofloxacin mesylate) in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MIC) of test drugs were determined by in vitro two-fold dilution. The survival time of the animals was used as an index to compare with the similar products of foreign countries (Colebitet) and ofloxacin Efficacy. Results: ① LiFuxing had the same antibacterial activity against ofloxacin in the tested three kinds of culture mediums against human Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium phlei. ② Lee Fuli in the semi-fluid medium on human-type Mycobacterium tuberculosis and bovine tuberculosis MBC and cola the same, more bactericidal activity of ofloxacin. ③ Li Fusing experimental mice with tuberculosis was significant or very significant effect, compared with Cola, its efficacy was no significant difference, significantly better than the same dose of ofloxacin efficacy. The efficacy of levofloxacin 1 mg / capsule was similar to that of ofloxacin 2 mg / capsule alone. CONCLUSION: Both LiFuxing and Colabuterol showed significant antituberculous activity both in vitro and in vivo, with the same effect on both the in vivo and in vitro anti-tuberculosis activity of ofloxacin
