第二讲光谱技术光谱技术是建立在物质对光的吸收、发射等光学分析基础上的检测技术,包括紫外吸收光谱法(UV)、红外吸收光谱法(IR)、荧光分析法、质谱法(MS)、核磁共振光谱法(NMR)、X-衍射分析法及原子吸收光谱法等。这些方法过去主要用于纯化合物的结构定性及定量测定,近年来开始引用作为中药质量鉴定的手段。本文主要介绍紫外法、红外法、荧光法在中药质量鉴定方面的应用。新技术在中药鉴定应用上还处于摸索阶段,尚有许多不尽完善之处,有待进一步研究。
Lecture 2 Spectral Technology Spectroscopy is a detection technology based on the optical analysis of light absorption, emission, etc., including ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy (UV), infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), fluorescence analysis, and mass spectrometry ( MS), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), X-ray diffraction analysis, and atomic absorption spectrometry. In the past, these methods were mainly used for structural qualitative and quantitative determination of pure compounds. In recent years, they have been used as a means of quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicines. This article mainly introduces the application of ultraviolet method, infrared method and fluorescence method in quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicine. The new technology is still in the stage of exploration in the appraisal of traditional Chinese medicine. There are still many imperfections that need further study.
