我厂检定工业热电偶使用上海自动化仪表三厂制造的WJT—2热电偶校验装置并用双极法(比较法)进行检定,其标准器为二等标准铂铑—铂热电偶和0.05级直流低电势电位差计UJ—31.现将日常检定工作中碰到的几例故障及处理方法列举如下.1、操作屏AC15/5检流计光点总是朝右侧快速跑动.出现上述故障一般是由于标准热电偶和被检热电偶的“+”、“-”极与测温补偿导线“+”、“-”极连线接错所致.只需将标准热电偶或被检热电偶的“+”、“-”极与补偿导线的“+”、“-”极相匹配即可使设备恢复正常.处理方法:可直接调换标准热电偶或被检热电偶与测温补偿导线的“+”、“-”极连接线;或将SY821型转换开关上(双极法)旋钮指示的“+”板与“-”极相对调,也可消除上述故障.2、操作设备时,WJT—2校验装置忽然停电,中断
