Visual acuity, visual field and ERG examination were performed on 143 eyes (226 eyes) and 35 non-contact eyes (70 eyes) of different contact CS-5 years after the end of the study. According to different methods of exposure and concentration grouping The results showed that the average prevalence of visual acuity in CS 2 groups was 36.28% compared with 28.57% in non-contact groups, there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). In CS2 group, the average prevalence rate of each group was 36.73%, significantly higher than that of non-contact group (15.71%, P <0.05). The examination of ERG showed that the prevalence of abnormal ERG was 28.57% and 38.18% in CS2 persistent patients, which was significantly higher than 11.43% in non-contact patients (P <0.01). There was no significant relationship between visual field reduction and ERG change between CS 2 group and non-contact group.
