目的探讨益气升陷活血方及其拆方对心梗后心衰低血压大鼠心功能、左心室结构的影响。方法采用大鼠心脏左冠状动脉结扎术,建立心衰模型,将LVEF值≤50%、尾动脉收缩压≤90 mm Hg的大鼠随机分为4组,即心衰低血压组、益气升陷活血方组、益气升陷组、活血化瘀组,灌胃干预8周。用超声心动图检查左心功能和左心室结构。结果与心衰低血压组比较,益气升陷活血方及拆方均可以明显改善大鼠心功能和左心室结构(P<0.05),且全方组优于各拆方组;各拆方组间比较,益气组改善LVEF、LVDs作用优于活血组(P<0.05);改善IVSTd、LVPETs、LVPWTd、LVDd、IVSTs低于活血组(P<0.05)结论在改善心梗后心衰低血压大鼠心功能、左心室结构方面益气升陷方、活血化瘀方作用各有侧重,而益气升陷活血方作用最全面、显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Shengluo Huoxue Recipe and its decomposed formulas on cardiac function and left ventricular structure in patients with heart failure and hypotension after myocardial infarction. Methods The model of heart failure was established by ligation of left coronary artery in rats. The rats with LVEF ≤50% and systolic pressure of tail artery ≤90 mm Hg were randomly divided into 4 groups: heart failure hypotension group, Trapped blood group, Qi Sheng subsided group, blood circulation group, gavage intervention for 8 weeks. Echocardiography was used to examine left ventricular function and left ventricular structure. Results Compared with heart failure hypotension group, Yiqi Shengxue Huoxue prescription and demolition prescription can obviously improve heart function and left ventricular structure in rats (P <0.05), and the whole prescription group is superior to each disassembly prescription group; The improvement of LVEF and LVDs in Yiqi group was better than that in Huoxue group (P <0.05). The improvement of IVSTd, LVPETs, LVPWTd, LVDd and IVSTs was lower than that in Huoxue group (P <0.05) Blood pressure rat heart function, left ventricular structure Yiqi Shengkai side, blood circulation have different side effects, and the role of Shengqi Shengxuehuoxue Fang the most comprehensive and significant.
