课程教育改革的发展,对小学阶段美术课程教学有了更高的要求与寄望。美术课程属于艺术类综合课程,它能有效培养学生的审美能力以及素质,是促进学生综合能力提升的重要内容。本文从小学美术课程创新的必要性及重要性入手,围绕其与学生能力培养之间的内在联系进行了阐述,并就课程教育改革条件下,如何进行有效创新,提升美术课程教学质量,对学生能力进行有效培养的有效措施提出了具体的参考和意见,希望对于今后小学美术课程教学改革的顺利推进能够起到积极的作用。
