案例张丽于1995年因病到医院作肾切除手术。术后恢复健康。1999年6月初,张丽到某销售公司应聘业务员一职。初试合格后,公司组织到医院进行常规体检,体检结论为“健康”。7月,公司组织张丽等人员进行培训。8月,张丽正式到该销售公司工作。双方签订了劳动合同。约定:劳动合同期为3年(自1999年8月1日至2002年7月31日);工种:业务;试用期:6个月。12月初,销售公司得知张丽一肾摘除,认为不符合本公司录用条件,而且是在合同试用期,就于12月底单方解除了与张丽的劳动合同。
