为了防止除冰盐环境下混凝土剥蚀破坏,自行配制有机硅涂料.并参照CDF混凝土抗盐冻试验方法,研究有机硅涂料对混凝土的防护性能,并与减小水灰比,添加引气剂及矿物掺合料对混凝土抗冻性的改善效果进行对比.结果表明:涂刷该有机硅涂料后,混凝土经56次盐冻后剥蚀量均降低了99%,相对动弹性模量损失率降低49%,混凝土表面无明显剥蚀痕迹,显著地提高了高性能道路混凝土的抗盐冻性能.3种措施对混凝土抗除冰盐性能改善的优劣次序为:涂刷有机硅涂料,添加引气剂及矿物掺合料,减小水灰比.
In order to prevent the denudation and destruction of concrete in deicing salt environment, self-made silicone coatings were prepared and the protective performance of silicone coatings on concrete was studied with reference to CDF concrete salt frost resistance test.
