目的:验证青蒿种植适生地等级区划结果的科学性。方法:结合野生青蒿实地调查结果及前人的文献报道,制定出青蒿样本采集规范。利用国标GB/T 2828.1的AQL(32,4)抽样检验方法,对青蒿素含量等级分布图模型进行验证。结果:制定了青蒿样本采集规范。青蒿素含量等级分布图模型通过国标(32,4)抽样方法的验证。结论:保证了青蒿采样的科学性及后续实验的可靠性。模型具有可靠性,可以在今后生产中使用。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the scientificity of the results of suitable grade division of Artemisia annua planting. Methods: Combining with the field investigation results of wild A. annua and the previous literature reports, the collection specification of A. annua samples was established. Using the AQL(32,4) sampling test method of national standard GB/T 2828.1, the artemisinin content level distribution model was verified. Results: A specification for the collection of Artemisia annua samples was developed. The artemisinin content level distribution model was validated by the national standard (32, 4) sampling method. Conclusion: It ensures the scientificity of sampling and the reliability of subsequent experiments. The model is reliable and can be used in future production.
