中药杭白菊制剂经研究证明对高血压、冠心病有增进健康之效,且发现酚性部份效果较佳.本文对酚性部份又测定其对豚鼠离体心脏冠脉流量影响及急性、亚急性毒性试验,结果如下: 1 冠脉流量杭白菊酚性部份所致冠脉流量增加量达40.85%,远远超过同剂量丹参所致增加量(4.84%),两者相比差别显著(经秩和检验p<0.001). 2 减压缺氧耐受性试验用药组与对照组各30只小白鼠试验结果,对照组死亡20只,用药组死亡10只,X~2=5.4,p<0.05,表明杭白菊酚性部份有
