甲状腺激素的主要功能是调节人体的非代谢率。已有报告许多疾患的严重情况下,一些甲状腺疾病的人有甲状腺激素的变化,本文观察了急性呼吸衰竭的患者,甲状腺激素的变化,现报告如下。对象和方法对象:选择了30例急性呼吸衰竭(简称呼衰)患者,(标准:PO_2<60mmHg,PCO_2>50mmHg);年龄57—88岁平均67.45。男21,女9。其中呼衰组又分死亡组和存活组。另外选择符合慢性支气管炎但无呼衰者20例作对照组,年龄为56—74岁,平均56.26,男12、女8。原有甲状腺疾病者均被排除。方法,所有患者都为住院病人,取仰卧位,均于8Am抽血,血清T_3、T_4、FT_3、FT_4、rT_3、TSH均采用放射免疫法测定。所有检测

This article examines the changes in thyroid hormones in patients with acute respiratory failure and is reported below. Subjects and Methods Subjects: Thirty patients with acute respiratory failure (referred to as respiratory failure) were selected (standard: PO_2 <60mmHg, PCO_2> 50mmHg).
