1.概述目前国内各小型轧机为解决漏油问题,进行了广泛的探讨和尝试,但一直没有根本解决的方法和定型的产品。为了对轧机废油进行再生的回收利用处理,我厂采用了镇江环保设备厂CYF—B型油水分离装置。从投入运行至今取得了较好的效益。 2.CYF—B型油水分离器的工作原理油水分离器的工作原理,如图1所示。专用泵把含油废水送入油水分离器中的扩散喷咀后,大颗粒油滴即上浮到左集油室顶部,含有小颗粒油滴的废水向下进入多层波纹板组。使它处于低速层流状态,在狭小的流道内缓慢流动,油滴相互碰撞,聚合成较大油滴流出多层波纹板组后,上浮到右集油室顶部。含有更小油滴的废水通过细滤器,滤出
