前言为了抗美援朝,为了生产建设,怎样使我人民志愿军在前方发挥高度的战斗力,使劳动者在后方发挥更高度的生产力,是当前重要问题。笔者愿从营养学方面来提供一些参考材料作为触媒作用,引起人们的注意,以期得到更进一步的研究,创造出更好更多的办法,以达到从提高战士和劳动者的活动力这方面,增加战斗力和生产力的目的。因篇幅关系,我在这里只介绍健康者筋肉的疲倦,不拟涉及神经的疲倦和病的疲倦问题。疲倦的主要因素现在对疲倦的原因虽还没有完全明瞭,但是根据多数研究者的意见,可以归纳出下列三个主要因素:
