The ever-changing science and technology have become the decisive force in the economic and social development in the world today. As one of the main subjects that realize the continuous progress of science and technology, people have made breakthrough progress in the research and development of their own intelligence especially in human. The article holds that the design of modern electrical automation system has its ideological logic in full compliance with the scientific principles and methods of natural law and human brain biology, effectively accelerating the rapid development of power industry and providing technical support and guarantee for human production and life .
