为提高AISIH13钢的硬度和耐磨性能,采用多弧离子镀(multi-arc)方法在H13钢表面沉积CrN/Cr双层膜。在600V直流负偏压下对样品表面进行氩离子轰击,随后沉积Cr中间层,采用3种不同的氮气分压,在200V直流负偏压下沉积CrN膜。SRV往复式摩擦磨损实验及表面形貌分析显示,H13钢镀膜样品磨痕深度只有未镀膜样品的1/4,膜层的显微硬度可达HV=1684,高于未镀膜样品的HV=780。膜层的主要相成分是CrN、Cr2N和少量的Cr。
In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of AISIH13 steel, a multi-arc multi-arc method was used to deposit CrN / Cr bilayer on the surface of H13 steel. The sample surface was subjected to Ar ion bombardment at a negative DC bias of 600 V followed by deposition of a Cr interlayer using three different nitrogen partial pressures to deposit a CrN film at 200 VDC negative bias. SRV reciprocating friction and wear test and surface morphology analysis show that the wear scar depth of H13 steel coating sample is only 1/4 of that of uncoated sample, the microhardness of the coating layer can reach HV = 1684, which is higher than that of uncoated sample HV = 780 . The main phase components of the film are CrN, Cr2N and a small amount of Cr.
