醣-蛋白复合体(醣蛋白类)在机体的生命活动中有着非常重要的作用,目前已知从血中分离出的有几十种,且这些成份具有各种各样的生物学功能。到目前为止,文献有关血中醣蛋白类含量的资料不多,报告亦不一致,作者检查了75例新生儿血清中已醣醣蛋白、血浆类粘蛋白、对次苯二胺氧化酶活性的一般水平,并分为5组进行分析研究。第1组30例,为在胎儿期和出生时均无特殊之新生儿:第2组14例,出生时伴有脐带扭转;第3组21例,出生时有缺氧现象
