1972—1975年我们采用中西医结合以中医为主的方法治疗小儿急性肾炎75例,取得较好效果。临床资料一、性别与年龄75例中男53例,女22例,男女之比2.4:1,发病年龄以7—12岁为多见。二、发病季节一年四季均有,以冬春季为多见。三、临床主要症状与体征入院前病程自1—30天不等,平均8.1天。前驱病有上感45例,化脓性扁桃体炎10例,脓疱疮9例。开始症状多为水肿和尿的改变。其中水肿75例,
