部编初中生物教材中的《光合作用》一节,是讲述绿色植物最重要的生理活动,是教材的重点。在讲述光合作用时,要涉及到一些物理、化学方面的知识,而初一学生缺乏这方面的基础知识,特别是有关能量的知识,对他们来说尤其难理解,如果我们教师不提出能量等概念,学生很难理解光合作用的本质。所以,本节又是教学的难点。我在教学过程中,除了认真做好课本上指定要做的演示实验外,还增做了《叶绿素的荧光》实验,目的是想从直观教学着手,帮助学生理解光合作用的概念和光合作用包含了两方面的变化:即物质转化过程和能量转化
