进入信息经济、知本经济时代,企业的价值来源除人力资本、资金资本、固定资产外,另一种资本起着越来越重要的的价值创靠作用,这就是智慧资本。智慧资本是指能够转化为市场价值的知识,是企业所有能够带来利润的知识和技能。智慧资本的价值,就是人的智慧所在,只不过表现形式不同而已,比如:知识产权、管理体制、经营策略、策划战略、个人的创造能力、应变能力、学习能力、解决问题的能力等,都离不开人的智慧这一关键性因素。
