探讨有氧运动和茶多酚对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗和血清炎症因子的影响.采用4周高糖高脂饮食加小剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)(30 mg·kg-1)构建T2DM大鼠模型.实验共5组,分别为正常对照组(C组)、T2DM对照组(DC组)、T2DM运动组(DE组)、T2DM茶多酚组(DT组)、T2DM运动加茶多酚组(DET组).运动组大鼠进行1 h·d-1,每周6 d的无负重游泳训练,茶多酚组以600 mg·kg-1的剂量进行灌胃.8周后取血测空腹血糖、胰岛素及炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平.结果显示:与DC组比较,DE组、DT组和DET组大鼠空腹血糖和胰岛素抵抗指数均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),胰岛素仅DET组下降有显著性(P<0.05);DET组与DE组、DT组比较,空腹血糖、胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数均进一步降低,但仅胰岛素抵抗指数的值与DE组有显著差异(P<0.01).与DC组比较,DE组、DT组和DET组大鼠血清TNF-α和CRP水平均显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而IL-6仅DT组的下降有显著差异(P<0.05);DET组与DE组、DT组比较,仅TNF-α有进一步下降的趋势(P>0.05).胰岛素抵抗指数与血清炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6水平之间呈正相关(P<0.01).表明有氧运动和茶多酚能改善T2DM大鼠的胰岛素抵抗,其机制可能与炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6水平的下降有关,两者联合干预的叠加效果不太明显,但有进一步改善的趋势.

Compared with DE group and DT group, the level of TNF-αdecreased further in DET group (P> 0.05) .The insulin resistance index and serum inflammatory cytokine TNF-αand IL-6 (P <0.01), indicating that aerobic exercise and tea polyphenols can improve insulin resistance in T2DM rats, and its mechanism may be related to the decline of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 levels, the two combined intervention The overlay effect is not obvious, but there is a further improvement trend.
