本文介绍新近发展的血小板膜受体结合分析方法及其在抑郁症研究中的应用。此方法简便、灵敏,采用不同放射性配基可测定不同受体功能状态。血小板膜存在多种受体,是研究受体改变和单胺重摄取,评价抗抑郁剂作用的理想模型。本文比较了血小板、放射性配基、温度、pH等条件对灵敏度,准确度和重复性的影响。
This article describes the recent development of platelet membrane receptor binding assay and its application in the study of depression. This method is simple and sensitive, using different radioactive ligand can determine the functional status of different receptors. Platelet membrane exists a variety of receptors, is the study of receptor changes and monoamine reuptake, evaluation of anti-depressant effect of the ideal model. This article compares the effects of platelets, radioligand, temperature, pH and other conditions on sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility.
