目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定夏枯草不同部位中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量。方法:采用SHIMADZUVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-水-醋酸铵(69∶16∶15∶1)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210nm。结果:熊果酸、齐墩果酸进样量分别在0.780~6.240μg及0.756~6.048μg范围内线性关系良好,熊果酸、齐墩果酸平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.2%(RSD=0.69%)和99.1%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,重复性好,可用于夏枯草不同部位熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris. METHODS: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water-ammonium acetate (69:16:15:1) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 using a SHIMADZUVP-ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results: The injection rates of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were good in the range of 0.780-6.240μg and 0.756-6.048μg respectively. The average recoveries of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid (n = 6) were 99.2% (RSD = 0.69%) and 99.1% (RSD = 1.2%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris.
