射流曝气是继鼓风曝气和机械曝气之后的第三类曝气方法。射流器构造简单、运行可靠,尤其适合于中小型污水处理装置的曝气。本文介绍了射流器流体运动的基本理论和国内外描述射流器最佳性能包络线的经验方程,指出喉管长径比是射流器结构的重要参数,短喉管射流器适用于背压高的场合。作者在直径14m,高65m的三相流化床内进行了不同长径比和不同面积比的射流器性能试验和清水充氧试验,得出短喉管合适的喷嘴面积比为49,长径比为50,其氧转移效率为25%,动力效率为10kgO2/(kW·h)。并依据试验给出了短喉管射流器的设计方法。
Jet aeration is the third aeration method after blast aeration and mechanical aeration. The ejector has the advantages of simple structure and reliable operation, and is particularly suitable for aeration of small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants. In this paper, the basic theory of fluid flow in the fluid ejector and the empirical equation describing the best performance envelope of the fluid ejector at home and abroad are introduced.
