August 26 NDS Group announced that it has acquired part of the assets of Interactif Delta Production S.A. (IDP), a French interactive television technology company that was recently liquidated by the Paris Commercial Court for administrative liquidation. NDS acquired all of IDP's intellectual property assets for € 200,000, including the RegieLine interactive application authoring tool and patents for the technology, as well as part of IDP's physical assets and customer contracts
