经济效益问题是社会主义政治经济学的重要组成部分,又是社会主义建设中的重大实践问题。党的十一届三中全会以来,经济效益问题越来越引起人们的重视,讨论经济效益蔚然成风,这是多年来从未有过的可喜现象。经济效益,具有明确的质的规定性,即经济效益是指各种具体的有效的经济效益,而不是泛指一般的经济成果。赵紫阳总理指出: “我们讲经济效益,首先应当明确这样一个主要观点,就是要以尽量少的活劳动消耗和物质消耗,生产出更多符合社会需要量产品。”“这种需要,是现实的需要,是适合于现实投资水平和购买力水平的需要。”①
The issue of economic efficiency is an important part of socialist political economy and a major practical issue in socialist construction. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the issue of economic efficiency has drawn increasing attention and debates on economic benefits have become commonplace. This is a gratifying phenomenon never seen before in many years. Economic benefits, with a clear qualitative provisions, that is, economic efficiency refers to a variety of specific and effective economic benefits, rather than generally refers to the general economic results. Premier Zhao Ziyang pointed out: “When we talk about economic benefits, we should first of all make clear such a major viewpoint that we should produce more products that meet the needs of the community with as little lively labor and material consumption as possible.” " Is a real need, is suitable for the level of real investment and purchasing power needs.
