本文报道口服吡喹酮、敌百虫及硝唑咪治疗90例非洲埃及血吸虫病患者的结果。所有病例在治疗前,每天收集10~14小时的小便,连续2天。样品沉淀30分钟后用定量孵化方法检查毛蚴及死卵,本试验中病人每10ml小便内毛蚴数为250~1,000只。按毛蚴数的多少,将患者分为3组,组Ⅰ250~500只,组Ⅱ501~1,000只,组Ⅲ1,000个以上,药物治疗剂量吡喹酮为1次服用30mg/kg;敌百虫为10mg/kg,2周给药1次,共给3次;硝唑咪为25mg/kg/d×6。于治毕后2个月及4个月检查3天连续收集尿内虫卵来评价疗效。无卵或排出死卵的病例被认为治愈,对未治愈病例则计算其排卵数减少情况。结果,根据治后2个月或4个月的追踪检查小便内的虫卵结果表明,以吡喹酮治疗
This article reports the results of oral administration of praziquantel, trichlorfon and nizolamole in 90 African patients with schistosomiasis. All cases before treatment, collecting 10 to 14 hours a day for 2 consecutive days. After 30 minutes of sample precipitation, miRNA and dead eggs were examined by quantitative incubation. In this test, the number of miracidia per 10 ml of urine was 250-1,000.
