目的 :了解护理大专学生心理健康状况及其与自身人格特征的关系。方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )、艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)对南方医科大学分校 32 5名护理大专学生进行测评。结果 :(1)护理大专学生SCL - 90各因子中躯体化、抑郁、敌意、妄想因子得分显著低于国内普通大学生得分 ,在躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、敌意妄想、精神病性因子得分上显著低于军校在学生得分 ,在恐怖因子得分上显著高于普通大学生和军校大学生得分 ,除躯体化、焦虑、敌意因子外 ,均显著高于中国女性得分。 (2 ) 2 0 0 3级护理大专生SCL - 90均分显著高于 2 0 0 4级护理大专生。 (3)相关分析显示 ,护理大专学生SCL - 90均分与人格维度中的内外向、掩饰度呈显著负相关 ,与神经质、精神质呈显著正相关 ,其中与神经质维度相关最为密切 (r=0 .6 4 1)。结论 :分校护理大专生心理健康水平较好。情绪稳定、外向等人格特征有利于护理大学生的心理健康水平
Objective: To understand the mental health of college nursing students and their relationship with their personality traits. Methods: The self - rating Symptom Scale (SCL - 90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to evaluate 325 college nursing students in Southern Medical University. Results: (1) The scores of somatization, depression, hostility and delusional factors in SCL - 90 of nursing college students were significantly lower than those of domestic college students, and were significantly higher in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostile delusions and psychotic factors Beyond the military school score in students, scores on terrorists were significantly higher than ordinary college students and military college students score, except somatization, anxiety, hostility factor, were significantly higher than the Chinese women score. (2) The SCL - 90 score of 2 0 0 3 nursing college students was significantly higher than that of 2 0 0 4 nursing college students. (3) Correlation analysis showed that SCL - 90 average score of nursing college students was significantly negatively correlated with introversion, extroversion and disguise in personality dimension, positively correlated with neuroticism and psychoticism, and was most closely related to neuroticism (r = 0 .6 4 1). Conclusion: College nursing college students mental health level is better. Emotional stability, outgoing and other personality characteristics conducive to nursing college students mental health
