我院曾发生氨茶碱、小诺霉素与止血敏、5％葡萄糖注射液配伍静滴出现变色现象。为此,我们摸拟临床用药量,做了四种注射液配伍后观察。 1.实验药品与仪器:所用氨茶碱为0.5g/2ml(山东新华制药厂,批号931118),硫酸小诺霉素为6万IU/2ml(青岛第二制药厂,批号9304161),止血敏为0.5g2/ml(苏州长征制药厂,批号930619)。所用仪器为pHB-4型便携式酸度计、7520型分光光度计、隔水式电热恒温培养箱。
Aminophylline occurred in our hospital, minocycline and hemostatic sensitivity, 5% glucose injection with intravenous drip discoloration phenomenon. To this end, we simulate the amount of clinical medication, made four kinds of injection compatibility observed. 1. Experimental drugs and equipment: aminophylline used 0.5g / 2ml (Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 931118), trichloretin sulfate 60,000 IU / 2ml (Qingdao Second Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 9304161), hemostatic 0.5g2 / ml (Suzhou Changzheng Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 930619). The instruments used are PHB-4 portable pH meter, 7520 spectrophotometer and water-proof electric incubator.
