随着免疫机制研究的不断进展,肾小球肾炎做为肝炎的肝外器官表现之一而逐渐被人们所了解,乙型肝炎免疫复合体肾炎的典型病例报道还比较少。最近我院收治一例并经病理组织学证实为乙型肝炎免疫复合体肾炎,报道如下。患者男,33岁,工人,住院号65409。于1979年12月因疲倦无力、恶心、厌食、腹胀、腹泻、SGPT260单位·诊断为肝炎。其后有发烧、关节痛,肌注庆大霉素后烧退,相继又出现下腹痛,便中带血,下肢瘀
