一、前言为了满足水源八厂建厂输水管材的需要,由市政工程研究所和第三水泥管厂合作试制了φ2000毫米,长3000毫米钢筋混凝土低压管。73、74年做过一批管子,内压曾达到4.5公斤/平方厘米恒压15分钟,不裂纹、不漏水,(见市政通讯1975年第二期)。75~77年采用正体管模喷腊离心成型工艺试制25根管子,也达到内压4.5公斤/平方厘米,15分钟不裂纹,不漏水(管子系半承插式,管体结构如附图一)在此基础上77年10
I. INTRODUCTION In order to meet the needs of the Eight Water Resources Plants for the construction of water transmission pipes, a 2,000 mm long and 3000 mm long reinforced concrete low-pressure pipe was trial-produced by the Municipal Engineering Institute and the Third Cement Pipe Factory. In 73 and 74 years, a batch of pipes were manufactured.
