目的比较超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶体植入术后人工晶体眼的波前像差,探讨不同种类人工晶体设计对人工晶体眼波前像差的影响。方法年龄相关性白内障患者82例(108眼),按植入人工晶体种类分为3组,A组32例(46眼)植入非球面人工晶体,B组19例(24眼)植入非球面渐进多焦人工晶体,C组31例(38眼)植入球面蓝光滤过型折叠人工晶体,术后3个月使用VISX-S4IR波前像差仪检测术眼波前相差,得出总体高阶像差的均方根值(higher-order aberration,RMSh)并观察术后3个月视力。结果 3组术后最佳矫正视力均≥0.8;C组RMSh(0.321±0.126)高于A组(0.234±0.057)和B组(0.253±0.099)(P<0.05),A、B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同人工晶体设计对白内障超声乳化术后人工晶体眼的总体高阶像差有影响,非球面人工晶体和非球面渐进多焦人工晶体可降低人工晶体眼的总体高阶像差,对术后最佳矫正视力无影响。
Objective To compare the wavefront aberrations of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with phacoemulsification and investigate the influence of different types of intraocular lens design on intraocular wavefront aberration. Methods Eighty-two age-related cataract patients (108 eyes) were divided into 3 groups according to the type of intraocular lens implantation. 32 cases (46 eyes) of group A were implanted with aspheric intraocular lens, and 19 cases (24 eyes) Spherical progressive multifocal intraocular lens, C group, 31 cases (38 eyes) were implanted spherical blue filter fold intraocular lens, 3 months after the use of VISX-S4IR wavefront aberration before surgery to detect the wavefront, the overall high Higher-order aberration (RMSh) and visual acuity were observed 3 months after surgery. Results The best corrected visual acuity (RMSh) was 0.8 in group C (0.321 ± 0.126) compared with that in group A (0.234 ± 0.057) and group B (0.253 ± 0.099) (P <0.05) No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Different intraocular lens designs have an effect on the total higher-order aberrations of intraocular lens after cataract phacoemulsification. Aspheric intraocular lenses and aspherical astigmatism intraocular lenses can reduce the overall high-order aberrations of the intraocular lens. Best corrected visual acuity no effect.
