1-苯基-3-羟基-1,2,4-三唑(简称苯唑醇)是一种广谱性有机磷农药——三唑磷的重要中间体。目前,国内外对其合成报道较多,但其古量的测定尚未见公开报道。我们在研究苯唑醇含量测定时,发现在一定的条件下苯唑醇与 Ce(SO_4)_2,发生较好定量关系的化学反应,即1mol 苯唑醇需消耗2molCe(SO_4)_2。在所选定的条件下,具有操作简便、精密度和准确度较好,对同一样品的五次平行测定其标准偏差 S≤2.0,变异系数 Cv≤2.01%。而且,该方法的三次回收率达99.05~102.7%。完全适用予工业生产的测定。
1-Phenyl-3-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazole (abbreviated as oxazolone) is an important intermediate of a broad spectrum organophosphorus pesticide triazophos. At present, there are more reports about its synthesis at home and abroad, but the determination of its ancient amount has not yet been reported publicly. When we studied the determination of the content of oxacillin, we found that there was a good quantitative relationship between the content of oxacillin and Ce (SO_4) _2 under certain conditions, that is, 1 mol of oxacillin consumed 2 mol Ce (SO 4) _ 2. Under the selected conditions, the method has the advantages of simple operation, good precision and accuracy, and the standard deviation S≤2.0 and the coefficient of variation Cv≤2.01% for five parallel determinations of the same sample. Moreover, the method of the three recovery rate of 99.05 ~ 102.7%. Fully applicable to the determination of industrial production.
