目的:研究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮片对子宫肌瘤患者肌瘤大小及性激素水平的改善作用。方法:选取78例子宫肌瘤患者,根据治疗方法分为2组,常规组39例采用常规强抗孕激素药物米非司酮片治疗,联合组39例以桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮片治疗。2组均以持续用药3月为1疗程,持续治疗2疗程。治疗后比较2组的疗效,并观察2组不同时点子宫肌瘤体积和相关性激素指标[血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E_2)、血浆促黄体生成素(LH)和孕酮(P)]的变化。结果:联合组愈显率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1疗程、2疗程后,2组子宫肌瘤体积较治疗前均有缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);联合组在上述时点的子宫肌瘤体积值均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组FSH、E_2、LH、P水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);联合组上述指标值均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤患者能有效缓解临床症状、缩小子宫肌瘤和降低性激素水平,临床效果较为满意。
Objective: To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone on fibroid size and sex hormone levels in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods: 78 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method. 39 patients in conventional group were treated with mifepristone, a conventional antiprogestin, and 39 patients in combination group were treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone Treatment. 2 groups were to continue the medication in March for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. The volume and related hormonal indexes of uterine fibroids (FSH, E_2, LH, and Progesterone (P)] changes. Results: The cure rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The volume of uterine fibroids in both groups decreased after treatment for one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). The volume of uterine fibroids in the combination group was lower than that of the conventional group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of FSH, E_2, LH and P in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the values in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with mifepristone tablets in patients with uterine fibroids can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce uterine fibroids and reduce sex hormone levels, the clinical effect is more satisfactory.
