第二次海河流域水资源管理座谈会于1986年10月7日至11日在烟台市召开。参加会议的有流域内8个省、市、自治区水资源管理机构的代表和委属局、院的代表。应邀参加会议的有水电部水资源办公室、政策研究室,技术情报研究所以及中科院综考会、社会科学院技术经济研究所等单位的代表共41人。部水科院咨询委员谢家泽教授也应邀到会进行了讲座。会议共收到了交流材料26份。有13位代表在会议上进行了交流和讲座。在讨论中代表们就水资源管理
The second forum on water resources management in the Haihe River Basin was held in Yantai from October 7 to October 11, 1986. Attending the meeting are representatives of eight water resources management agencies of the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions within the drainage basin and representatives of commissions and commissions.
