1987年小水电建设又绘新图,建成投产小水电10.659万kW,架设35kV及以上高压输电线路438.22km。去年,小水电建设有几个显著特点:第一,在安排计划时,继续严格控制建设规模,择优建站,小水电建设规模比1986年减少了19％。第二,为了改善小水电站的调节性能,减少每年的丰水期同枯水期以及每日的峰、谷期发、供、用电的矛盾,兴建了调节水库17宗,引水工程3宗。为了使电网和电站同步建设,电站投产后能即时发挥效益和提高供电质量,只安排了35kV及以上输变电工程33宗。以上两项措施省财政共安排补助投资624万元,占全省县办小水电总补助投资的32.8％。第三,安排给老革命根据地区和少数民族地区的小水电补助投资和周转金共999.35万元,占全省小水电投资补助和周转金的33.5％。对全省47个重点山区县的小水电建设共安排补助投资和周转金1704.4万元,
In 1987, a new map was drawn for the construction of small hydropower stations, with a total capacity of 106,659 MW of small hydropower plants put into operation and production and 438.22km of high-voltage transmission lines of 35kV and above.
