古语有云:十年树木,百年树人。在农电企业由传统的管理模式向现代企业管理模式转型的重要时期,做好后备人才的储备与培养工作,预防公司人才梯队的青黄不接,对于企业的长远发展来讲,无疑有着重要的作用。在近期的几次采访与调查中我们发现,越来越多的青年员工开始成为“技术能手”、“比武高手”、甚至是管理专家,在企业的转型与发展中,挑大梁、担大责。一些企业能够很好地适应集团化管控、一体式发展,得益于这些年轻团队给企业带来的应变力、调节力和适应力。
