上海宾馆是国内投资的旅游工程,该宾馆地处静安寺华山路闹市区,基地三面与其它单位贴邻。总建筑面积44600平方米,用地1.02公顷。工程所用的建筑材料和内部设备,除部分茶色玻璃进口外,均为国内生产。宾馆主楼为钢混凝土预制桩基(450×450×40500),箱形基础,内筒外框全现浇结构。按七度抗震设防。地下一层,地面包括一夹层及高低压设备层共二十七层,建筑总高91.0米。主楼底三层与裙房相贴,组成服务部、宴会厅、小餐厅、酒吧、中庭等。四至三十二层为标准层,共设客房600套。二十三层分别设置具有中国、欧美、日本风
Shanghai Hotel is a domestic investment tourism project. The hotel is located in the downtown area of Huashan Road in Jing’an Temple. The hotel is adjacent to other units on three sides of the base. The total construction area is 44600 square meters and the land is 1.02 hectares. The construction materials and internal equipment used in the project are domestically produced except for some brown glass imports. The main hotel building is a prefabricated steel-concrete pile foundation (450 × 450 × 40500), a box-shaped foundation, and a cast-in-place structure for the inner tube frame. Seven degrees of earthquake fortification. The ground floor, the ground includes a mezzanine and high and low voltage equipment layer a total of 27 floors, the building’s total height of 91.0 meters. The three floors of the main building are affixed to the podium and form service departments, banquet halls, small restaurants, bars, and atriums. The 4th to 32nd floors are standard floors, with a total of 600 rooms. The twenty-third floor is set to have Chinese, European, American and Japanese styles.
