本文阐述了声发射技术的特点、主要参数及其对损伤缺陷的鉴别。利用声发射技术监测了纤维缠绕壳体水压试验过程。分析了随着水压增加从基体开裂、层间分层及纤维断裂到最终破坏与声发射信号的关系;研究了水压过程中出现的两次声发射峰所对应的压强与壳体爆破压强的关系。
This paper describes the characteristics of acoustic emission technology, the main parameters and their identification of damage defects. Acoustic emission technology was used to monitor the hydrostatic test of fiber wound shells.
