在河南省异常血红蛋白普查中,检出4例相同的血红蛋白变种。醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳显示与G相同,珠蛋白解链电泳显示β链异常。异常肽链的化学分析确定,为β链22位谷氨酸残基被甘氨酸残基取代,证明此种Hb为HbG Taipei,用β~(22)(B~4)Glu→Gly表示。
Abnormal hemoglobin survey in Henan Province, detected 4 cases of the same hemoglobin variant. Cellulose acetate film electrophoresis showed the same as G, and globin fusion electrophoresis showed abnormal β chain. The chemical analysis of the abnormal peptide chain confirmed that substitution of the glutamic acid residue at position 22 of the β chain with a glycine residue proves that this Hb is HbG Taipei and is represented by β ~ (22) (B ~ 4) Glu → Gly.
