我国保险业集团化经营的不断推进和深入,保险集团控股公司的不断涌现,有利于提升中资保险企业的市场竞争力。但在保险集团化经营的过程中,出现了集团战略制定与战略实施脱节的现象。我们必须高度关注集团战略计划的有效实施,重视保险集团化经营战略的实施的影响因素和有关组织结构、领导和文化问题,保证保险集团化经营战略的有效实施。
The continuous operation and deepening of China’s insurance conglomerate management, the continuous emergence of insurance group holding companies are conducive to enhancing the market competitiveness of Chinese-funded insurance companies. However, in the process of insurance collectivization, there appeared a phenomenon that the group strategy formulation and strategy implementation were out of step. We must pay close attention to the effective implementation of the strategic plan of the Group, attach importance to the factors influencing the implementation of the insurance group operation strategy and relevant organizational structure, leadership and cultural issues, and ensure the effective implementation of the insurance group operation strategy.
