近年来倍受关注的质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法评定测量不确定度都属于Top-down法范畴。分别用质控图法、稳健统计-迭代法和GUM方法评定金属材料里氏硬度测量不确定度。结果表明:采用质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法计算的扩展不确定度基本一致,分别为5HLD和6HLD,用GUM方法评定的基于硬度计最大允许误差和硬度计示值误差的不确定度评定结果分别为16HLD和9HLD。质控图法和稳健统计-迭代法可真实反映实验室在期间精密度测量条件下的测量水平,随着CNAS对实验室质控要求的不断提高,该方法应得到普及。
In recent years, much attention to the quality control chart method and robust statistics - the iterative method of measurement uncertainty are Top-down category. The uncertainty of the measurement of the Leeb hardness of metal materials was evaluated by the method of control charts, robust statistics - iterative method and GUM method respectively. The results show that the uncertainty of expansion based on the QC chart method and the robust statistics - iterative method are basically the same, which are respectively 5HLD and 6HLD. The uncertainty based on the maximum allowable error of the hardness tester and the indication error of the hardness tester evaluated by GUM method The results were 16HLD and 9HLD respectively. Quality Control Chart Method and Robust Statistics - The iterative method can truly reflect the measurement level of laboratories under the precision measurement conditions during the period. This method should be popularized with the continuous improvement of laboratory quality control requirements by CNAS.
